Single Color Imprinting (Black, Red, Blue or Green)

1. First Choice (for BEST reproduction)
Vector-Based illustration File
(Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Macromedia Freehand, etc.)
Colors: Specify all colors as B&W or Grayscale
File Format: Save image as EPS (Encapsulated Post Script). Be sure to include fonts in Document or turn Type into outlines.

2. Second Choice (if First not available)
Bitmapped-Based Image File
(Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photo Paint, Paintshop Pro, etc.)
Colors: Save images in Black & White or Grayscale mode
Resolution: Image size at 100% should be at least 600-2400 ppi (pixels per inch)
File Format: Save image as TIFF, Photoshop (PSD) or JPEG (@maximum quality)

3. Third Choice
Camera Ready Artwork
Large (up to 8.5" x 11") B&W or Grayscale high quality output (Velox) which we will then scan.
When doing signatures make sure to use a medium thick black pen or marker on bright white paper

Custom Color Imprinting (Full Color or Pantone Spot Colors)

1. First Choice (for BEST reproduction)
Vector-Based illustration File
(Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Macromedia Freehand, etc.)
Colors: Specify Full colors as RGB (Profile= Adobe RGB or sRGB) and spot colors as Pantone PMS Uncoated
File Format: Save image as EPS (Encapsulated Post Script).
Be sure to include fonts in Document or turn Type into outlines.

2. Second Choice (if First not available)
Bitmapped-Based Image File
(Adobe Photoshop, Corel Photo Paint, Paintshop Pro, etc.)
Colors: Save images in RGB mode (Profile= Adobe RGB or sRGB) - not CMYK
Resolution: Image size at 100% should be at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch)
File Format: Save image as TIFF, Photoshop (PSD) or JPEG (@maximum quality)

3. Third Choice
Camera Ready Artwork
Large (up to 8.5" x 11") Full or Spot Color high quality output which we will then scan.
When doing signatures make sure to use a medium thick colored pen or marker on bright white paper.
