Emmanuel Bellini, (1904-1989) was a French painter. Emmanuel joined the firm of architect Charles Delmas, carried out among others the Palais de la Méditerranée in Nice. He settled as an architect in the Var then Cannes. A self-taught painter he created his first painting in 1948. In 1949 he exhibited in Cannes in the lobby of the company Grosso. The painters Louis Pastour and Jean-Gabriel Domergue praised his art. His oils and many watercolors have intense colors whose tones have accents of Fauvism and Impressionism. For his 80th birthday, the Prince Rainier de Monaco offered him an exhibition at the Sporting. He presented a special series on the Circus, which was a common passion of both the painter and the Prince.
